For More Intense Symptoms
Apply a stronger concentration for more targeted support:
- Apply 2 tablespoons undiluted topically
- Or use 3 tablespoons for douching, up to 3 times daily

For Ongoing or Chronic Support
Soak an organic cotton round or gauze in 2 teaspoons of the wash.
