The Role of Steaming
Yoni steaming is a traditional practice used to support circulation, warmth, and movement, especially in cases of stagnation, cold, or irregular cycles.
It may be used:

- as ongoing self-care to maintain yoni health

How to Use
Each bag contains herbs for two steams.
Preparation
- Pour half the bag of herbs into a boil-safe pot
- Cover with purified water and let soak for 10 minutes
- Bring to a soft boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes
Steaming
- Pour the herbal infusion into your yoni steam seat or bowl
- Allow to cool for 7–10 minutes to a safe temperature
- Wrap a towel or robe around your waist to contain the steam
