Not for use in cases of severe heart disease, uncontrolled diabetes, or open wounds on the feet.
Add 5g of herbs to one cup of hot water and stir until dissolved. Add dissolved herbs and 1 cup Epsom salts to 3-4 inches of warm (100-110 degrees F) water in a bathtub or up to 12 inches in a soaking tub. Soak for 20-30 minutes, periodically adding hot water if necessary to keep the water warm. Breaking a light sweat means the soak is working it’s magic!
Use 5x/week for acute conditions, then 1-2x/week for maintenance.
